Despite taking utmost care while delivering the right product to you, we understand that sometimes an item may arrive damaged. In such cases, please read our Exchange Policy below:

• We strictly do not offer any returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds once an order is placed.
• No returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds will be entertained for size-related issues. We strongly advise ordering one size up if you are between sizes.
• No exchange will be processed without a parcel opening video clearly showing the damage.
• In case of damage, please contact us at ReachMe@orchidr.com or +91-7733994569 within 24 hours of receiving your parcel, along with the parcel opening video.
• For valid damage claims, we will ship a replacement product. If the same product is unavailable, you may choose an alternate product of equal value. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstance. Replacement timeline: 5–12 working days after the return package is received by us.
• Exchange charges of ₹300 are to be borne by the customer for reverse pickup and re-shipping of the replacement product.
• As this is an online store, slight variations in colour, finish, or fabric may occur depending on your screen resolution and camera lighting. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be entertained in such cases.
• A parcel opening video is mandatory for any query to be processed. Without this proof, we will be unable to resolve your concern.
