Exchange/Return Policy and Returns

EXCHANGE POLICY :

To help consumers make well-informed decisions, we strive to keep our product listings as accurate and detailed as possible. We perform multiple quality checks on orders before they are shipped to make sure they arrive in pristine condition. However, if you are unhappy with the products you ordered, we are happy to assist you with exchanges. Regretfully, we are unable to accept returns for orders at this time.
 1. Exchange eligibility: For domestic orders exclusively, we provide an exchange. Exchangeable items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn, and they must be sent back with all of their tags and packing.
 2. For each outfit, we include comprehensive product descriptions that include information on color, size, wash, and other specifics. There could be a small color discrepancy, though, because every device has a different display setting, color, etc. As a result, exchange requests based on color differences, fabric material, quality, etc., will not be entertained or accepted.
Exchange requests will only be accepted for orders purchased on ORCHID'S official website.

EXCHANGE METHODS :

• Exchange inquiries can be made here within 72 hours of delivery.
• The processing fee for your exchange will be 200 rupees per trade.

• Please notify us by mail within 72 hours of delivery if you received a defective or mismatched item. It is to be noted that the querries will be entertained only for the coming 72 hours.
• Two attempts at pickup will be made. in the event that the shipment cannot be picked up by the courier service. The shipment needs to be returned to the company's address. Reverse Pick Up depends on if the service is available in your local pin code.
After the product is received at our warehouse, it is examined by the quality inspection
department. If it is found to be acceptable, we will send you the requested (new) size within 24 to 48 working hours.
• Only one size exchange per order will be accepted, and multiple product exchanges for the same purchase will not be accepted.
• Exchanges are allowed for the same price or more than the prior order.
• You can contact us with any questions via our customer service portal by sending an email to us . All questions will be answered between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m., Monday through Saturday. Every outstanding question will be addressed first thing the following day, on priority basis, since we love our Customers!

SELF-SHIPPING OF RETURN ORDERS :


• To avoid any loss or damage during shipment, please make sure the items are wrapped
securely and that the packing includes the order ID and registered cellphone number. Every item needs to be brand-new, with all of its original tags still on it and its packaging undamaged. 48 hours after the product or products are received.


CANCELLATION GUIDELINES :


• We make it simple for you to cancel your COD orders within 24 hours of placing them. Orders that are prepaid cannot be canceled.
• Please send an email to order and to seek cancelation.
• We also retain the right to cancel or refuse orders from specific customers for a variety of reasons, including the unavailability of fabrics or raw materials, incorrect product listings or photos on the website, notifications from our analytics team about payment-related or fraudulent practices, etc. Our choice to accept or reject will always be final and enforceable.


REFUND POLICY :


After a product is sold and delivered, ORCHID does not accept returns or refunds. For items that have been purchased, we do provide the ability to swap sizes. This can be seen on our website under the 'Exchange & Cancelation Policy' section.
